This program is all real food!  There's plenty of proteins like chicken, tuna, turkey, beans and cheese teamed up with fresh veggies and fruits with a dash of rice, potatoes, bread and pasta!  Sounds YUMMY doesn't it?  "You'll be eating the healthiest you have in probably your entire life."  Don't like certain foods? No problem, there's no excuses because the eating plans are made for you personally.

Real exercise - "Not everyone is an athlete but everyone can move."  There is some type of exercise for everyone.  Either you run, do aerobics, walk, ski, dance, life weights, yoga, pilates or need to learn special exercises to match your physical needs, this program has it.  Maybe you can't exercise right now, that's even more reason to learn how to eat correctly to lose weight.
 
Real Support - In order to lose weight PERMANENTLY, you have to eat exactly what you should be eating, exactly at the right time and exactly in the right amount.  But how EXACTLY are you supposed to know all that? Leave it to Wendy Rose, Food Addiction Specialist. She'll profile you, create, issue and troubleshoot your personal eating plan. Her main objective is to eliminate every excuse you have for NOT staying on program, while motivating and teaching you through your entire journey.
 
Who is Wendy Rose?
She's been in the fitness industry for 20 years and has lost over 200 pounds and kept it off for 15 years!  In the past 9 years, Wendy's clients have lost over 38,000 pounds!

What's your part in this program?  You need to work together with her, which means you need to go to the meeting, once a week and work the program as she designs for you.
